The Learning Network recently developed a resource guide which was published on MedEd Portal's iCollaborative, A Guide for Developing a Mid-Career Faculty Development Program in Academic Medicine. Mid-career faculty members in academic medicine face many challenges including loss of funding, career stagnation, lack of appropriate mentorship and sponsorship, life-work balance issues, to name but a few. Discouraged by these, some mid-career faculty members become disengaged from the academic mission and may even choose to leave, resulting in significant setbacks for institutions and programs. The resoruvce is available at the following: https://www.mededportal.org/icollaborative/resource/4318
